A great disappointment
Saying this is like the director's track for Daring Fireball is probably right. But, sometimes it really is much better if you don't hear from the director. Daring Fireball is concise and sometimes insightful. This podcast is unashamedly neither of those things. The Talk Show, in its current incarnation, makes almost no sense. The original show worked because of its format. Beyond the soup opera drama, this first episode of the new Talk Show was pretty good, John was funny, more fun than with Dan.
