“It would be nice to hear the closing arguments for the defence sometime before we hear the Judge’s verdict! I’m now starting to wonder how the “sausage is made” and why the wait ? How much editing is going into the defence’s closing “sausage “ ? Sadly the lack of evidence in this 40 year old case will yield a not guilty verdict. This case needed remains.”
