“I’ve been listening since the very beginning, and initially, I found both Abbey and Pete to be refreshingly authentic and down-to-earth. However, over time, the podcast seems to have lost that relatable quality. While there’s no denying Pete’s impressive football career and Abbey’s success as a model, the content now feels disconnected from the realities most families face. The discussions have become more of an echo chamber, lacking awareness of everyday struggles. Conversations about expensive sunglasses and other luxury items come across as tone-deaf and, frankly, a bit dull. We’re well aware of your privileged lifestyle, but constantly highlighting it feels out of touch. I’d recommend revisiting those earlier episodes when the show felt more grounded and relatable.”
