“I shall admit to being a bit of a snob. I hang my head in shame here, but it's just that I have been a devotee of Austen lo these many years, and spent my childhood in places that Austen knew. (One of the villages used in an Austen adaptation, was, for a while, my childhood home. So I approach Austen fan podcasts /programmes and even adaptations with a mix of hope and dread. I spotted this podcast, and thought "I'll give it a go!!" I am SO glad that I did! Lighthearted without being too giggly and silly. Covering the sometimes odd topics we all ask ourselves .
