“I have been a Tolkien fan since I first saw Fellowship of the Ring in theaters when I was 10 years old. I read The Hobbit & LOTR books multiple times, and failed to finish The Silmarillion multiple times. I started listening to this show as a companion for my reading through the Silmarillion, and it has helped immensely. John’s knowledge of Tolkien’s world is incredible, and both of them do such a great job of breaking down Tolkien’s work. The way they relate to and share their own experiences just adds to it. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this podcast!”
