It's almost over. The ads, the debates, the incessant text messages from candidates. Yes, the American Presidential election is almost over. But, before it ends, we ought to talk about how we got here. How we got to a point where the country is split into two teams: red and blue. And, more importantly, how you can best handle what is surely to be a tumultuous few weeks-regardless of who wins. There are two options. One leads to a life of anger and anxiety. The other leads to a life of peace. You get to choose.
