Great guests bring lots of potential but
Neely brings guests that have potential to share valuable content and perspectives but her interviewing skills completely lack substance and quality. This is so painful to listen to. For example, when a guest speaks of their passions and accomplishments, the interviewer responds with “nice” or “for sure, definitely.” These are not the types of responses that promote interesting and open dialogue.

The show has really improved since I first started listening to it. The standout interviews so far (for me) are Steve Bechtel, Eric Horst, and the Anderson brothers. You can really get some good training tidbits from each podcast. Highly recommended for folks that enjoy training for rock climbing!
