Good podcast for reliable transfer news. However, you do have to suffer though Ian McCarry’s terrible ‘jokes’, which rarely make sense. Can be a bit irritating. Bit weird
The Castle character seems to have a real issue with certain clubs , not a balanced journalistic insight , more poundland shock jock style, like a talk sport drive kinda podcast

Negative and boring.
Stopped listening now about 3 months ago best thing I did. Always talking the same boring stuff about United, solskjaer and maguire. Actually draining and depressing listening!
