Not helpful! Misleading
Not helpful at least for me. Staring with period doesn’t make you a woman and many other things I wish she didn’t mention because they were kind of unnecessary.

Great podcast for mama’s!
Marni is fantastic . I have learned SO much from Both the Ultimate baby podcast and the Ultimate health podcast that she did with Jesse. (Still an awesome podcast.

So grateful for this podcast!
Such a great listen for any mama or mama to be who wants an empowering resource for raising a healthy, happy babe. I love how Marni shares her personal experience as she sprinkles in the science, and brings in the experts. This girl does her research and follows her gut!
