Lady Gaga went from girl from New York to global superstar in an unearthed 2009 interview she told Access Hollywood about the success of her breakout hit, “Just Dance.” “Having someone like Akon on your side isn’t bad when you’re just a weird chick from New York,” she said. “I don’t think I’m weird, where I come from, I’m just cool but it took a long time to get this song on the radio and I think it’s because I’m different and the music is different...” In a 2011 interview, the pop singer also reflected on how she Stefani Germanotta and Lady Gaga are the same person to her.

All-star tennis pro Serena Williams has been ranked number one in the world eight times and shows no sign of slowing down. Access Hollywood has unearthed interviews with the tennis legend that date back to 2002 when she was just 21 years old and had just defeated her sister Venus to win a Grand Slam singles title. Serena describes how they maintain a sisterly bond on and off the court. Just two years later, in 2004 the sisters spoke to Access Hollywood while doing charity work and explained why that’s such an important aspect of their lives. The proud mama in 2019 also explained why she takes the time to “treat herself.”

In an unearthed Access Hollywood interview from 2007 when Nick was 15, Kevin was 20 and Joe was 18, they described why they love their fans and how their family dynamic keeps them grounded. “We’ve always grown up with our family saying, ‘Even if you’re at the top, live like you’re at the bottom’ we’ve grown up living like that and saying that to ourselves every single day,” Kevin said.
