I’ve been listening to this podcast for a while and it has been so helpful when it comes to fueling and building strength on a vegan diet! It shows that you don’t have to be “normal” in order to achieve your goals and only furthers the idea that vegan is the optimal diet for the body! Love love love listening! Emilia
