Vegan the Right Way
I recently switched to a whole food plant based diet but found myself gaining weight and having insane cravings instead of feeling healthy and fit. What was I doing wrong? I invested in reading so many books, articles and blogs but didn't really realize what I was doing wrong until I came across Fritz's instagram account and podcast. Dropping animal products from your diet is only the beginning of moving towards a vegan diet. You need to understand what type of food you need to be eating and how much of it you need to be eating.
