Oscars, Smoshcars
We review the Oscars. The first half was wonderful - we're really happy for the historic number of woman and POC winners. The second half - the f*****g poop emoji.

Fun, and doesn't pretend to be more than it is
Just a few guys talking about films, some popular, some not. Fun analysis and nice to listen to if you're interested in dissecting movies. There's definitely some expertise here, though if you're looking for a high production value professional analysis of film, this isn't it. But that's OK, because it doesn't try to be!
Questionable
Testing out new film podcasts, and had to turn this off 15 minutes into the episode discussing Dunkirk when the podcast hosts started gushing about the heroism in a scene where the characters carry a wounded soldier onto a ship, failing to realize that the point of the subplot in the movie was that 1) the characters were in fact falsely posing as stretcher bearers as an excuse to jump the queue and get home faster and 2) inadvertently causes the wounded soldier’s death by drowning. I really wanted to like this podcast, but it was difficult taking the hosts seriously when they’d gotten a very, very basic and cynical plot point wrong.
