Wow! I’m so excited I found someone who shares the importance of lifting, eating to support the body, and how we can even implement loosing weight in! I honestly didn’t know if this was possible! So far I’m loving the gym workouts and excited to see the change! It’s a great hard workout but it doesn’t take me all day or everyday! Just what a mother needs!
