In today’s episode, Ally Cedeno speaks with Janine Nagle. She was born and raised a Hawai’i girl from the island of O’ahu. She had humble beginnings growing up in the small town of Kāne’ohe. Janine spent the majority of her life in food, hospitality, and customer service.  She shares her career story of how she worked in the service industry for 14 years and how she made her way to working offshore as a roustabout with Transocean. A couple of years into her career offshore, she began a development program, which has helped her to grow tremendously.
