Bite Sized Nuggets of Yoga Philosophy

We should all be turning our attention to South Asian voices to teach us about yoga philosophy and Anusha teaches in a way that makes you look inside and apply those teachings to our present situations. I appreciate how she is slowly guiding us through the Bagavad Gita bit by bit and inserting questions for us to journal and ponder in our self study. Each episode is about 30 minutes- perfect to pop in some ear buds , take a walk and listen.
