    Jana is a mother and grandmother living in the Phoenix Valley. She’s lost 40 pounds in Yummy Mummy.

I just listened to your latest podcast and it was like you read my mind! I enjoyed the summer a little too much lately and I have gained a bit of weight but felt a little frustrated about it. But! You reminded me yet again, what I learned in YM class…. I’m in control and I need to just go back to my protocol….one decision at a time… I already made my plan and I can’t wait to see the result of my actions🙌you are the best!!
