Absolutely listen!
I absolutely adore this podcast. Sue and Ann feel like your two favorite wise, witty professors sharing jokes and brilliance, and bring an engaged, curious, and often hilarious take to attachment and therapy. They are both clearly gifted therapists with a passion for sharing research and treatment information with both mental health professionals and the general public. As a therapist in training and someone who has participated in therapy, I find their work thoughtful and engaging and I always walk away with new insights into my own mind and those of others. The episodes on attachment styles are incredible and I’ve found myself listening to them over and over as they are so chock full of insights. This is truly not your average podcast - they are bringing a unique offering here, not just interviews but a truly unique lens on providing therapy from an attachment focused, neurobiological lens. If you want cutting edge research, thoughtful commentary and the feeling of being in the room with not one but two (and sometimes three or four!) incredible therapists, do not miss this podcast!!!
