“Could have been the most impactful and important podcast in recent history. Instead they stretch the story out over 6 episodes making it hard to follow and dull. 3 short sharp hard hitting episodes would have had much more effect.
A few technical issues too. The background music often overpowers the speech making it hard to hear the interviews. The immense amount of reverb/echo added in for recreated quotes also makes it impossible to listen to on any type of multi speaker setup.
Brilliant and important story. Just feels like “they tried too hard”.”
