Absolutely
Generally superb and thought provoking, with Laurie's warm, learned and slightly witty delivery...however, the guests almost always pepper their conversations with "absolutely" when they just mean "yes"..or start each sentence with "so"..it seems to be a Radio 4 thing and once you notice it, it's intensely irritating. But I don't blame Laurie for this, although it does sometimes detract from a wonderfully insightful programme.Read full review »

Laurie must be a wonderful teacher. He has a good sense of humor but more important he discusses topics in a way that offers a fresh perspective.
