“This American Life is the beginning of my podcast obsession, back in 2010, or well- before! Because I listened to the radio segment before I knew the term podcast. Anyway... that means I have listened to every single episode- I’m not even exaggerating. However, I have a terrible memory so I typically don’t realize I have heard and actually DO remember the repeat-episodes until about 20mins in, haha. Occasionally Ira will establish that it’s a repeat in the intro, but not always. Would it be so hard to also provide the original air date of the old episodes in the info when posting the show? As your truly biggest fan, who is apparently aging quicker than I planned... I would super appreciate the heads up. :-) I’m just not typically a re-listener; so many podcasts, so little time.
