I never thought a podcast could change my life- and change my pain?! How wild is that. Since starting to listen to this podcast (about two years ago?) I have now slowly begun to live a healthier more Endo-friendly life. My life has drastically changed and I credit this podcast hugely for that. I now eat completely different, I’m very in-tune with my body. And life (almost) completely Pain free now - I can’t believe it. If would recommend this podcast to anyone, and I really mean anyone! I’ve passed it on to all my sisters and friends. It’s a valid even if you don’t have Endo, for managing period pain or hormone balances. Thank you!!! ❀️

It’s the honesty, the vulnerability, the authenticity which resonate with me. Jess is a great host and draws out the best from her partner in conversation. Whenever a person speaks frankly and openly about their experiences they have my attention. Keep up the great work.

Such a well presented, educational and wonderful podcast. I love all the various guests and different ways to think about treating, and living with endo. It can feel so isolating and this online community we women find in podcasts, Facebook groups, what not, is invaluable !
