“This is the type of podcast that makes me try harder to write so that maybe one day they might interview me. The hosts are pleasant and let the interview subject be the focus of the show, they don't constantly tell their own (unrelated) stories or talk over the guest constantly. They obviously do their research, asking in depth questions, but at the same time manage to keep the conversation light and easy to engage in. They've had a great variety of guests, ever since the beginning. And the hosts are just so nice - I want to be friends with these guys. I always look forward to hearing the next episode.
