15 episodes

TV producer, husband, and father, Ian Friedman, creates a space for genuine connection and conversation, with guests from all walks of life covering a range of topics. The overwhelming theme, however, is always about the human condition and honesty. Ian tackles challenging questions like: What makes us who we are? What do we perceive vs. what’s really there? How do we manage the chaos of everyday life and preserve a modicum of ourselves in the process? And how can we continue this practice, improve, enhance, and dare we say perfect it? Ian encourages his listeners to develop the tools to express themselves to the world authentically and strip away the superficial preconceptions that cloud everyday thinking. "Do you have the courage to lay it all out on the line and be who you really are? I’m trying my hardest to do this every day and I invite you to join me in the fight. We may not always win but I know you’re a warrior just like me." - Ian Friedman

Anonymous Creativity ,

Such an important podcast

Having the kind of conversations that Ian is having with his guests, open and free, is so important in understanding the nature and structure of why we do what we do daily as human beings.

I can’t stress the prescient nature of this podcast enough

This podcast genuinely speaks to my heart and my life. It’s so very real…an auditory bombardment of truth. What a pleasure to come across something that has genuinely helped my mindset. It’s just so enlightened; It is…so, so good. Might even put it in my top 3.

Less host!!!!

Lord Birthday brought me here and i was disappointed to hear so much about the host guessing what Lord Birthday was going to say and so little of Lord Birthdays answers without having to cater to all of the hosts prompting and speculating.
