In a random search to find topics relevant to me, I found this podcast. As soon as I heard the intro (acne/wrinkles, class party/retirement planning), I knew I had to listen. This Unmillennial Life did not disappoint! I might be late to the game but I’m enjoying all the episodes now and sharing...Read full review »

For us women ‘of a certain age’, this podcast hits home. Regan’s informative, witty, and science-based explorations into midlife issues offers a much needed real-life perspective. Great topics and conversations for women in the middle. Thanks for talking about things that we don’t always talk about- and giving helpful advice and tips to live our best life.

As a fellow dietitian, I love how Regan covers a wide array of topics in addition to nutrition. And she does an outstanding job in covering non-nutrition topics pertinent to this season in our lives as unmillenials.

As a dietitian, mom of 3, and almost 40 something, this podcast is my very favorite. Regan seems to know just what topics are on my mind and covers them in the most realistic discussions. A weekly “must listen to” for me!

As a GenX woman the topics on this podcast speak to my soul! I loved listening to the first time AirBnB visit and getting the expert advicce on the Cannabis episode. I started listening to podcasts on business years ago. Now, as a working mom, wife and 40ish woman, it’s refreshing to hear about real life issues my girlfriends and I would discuss. I really enjoy listening to these fun, entertaining and informative posdcasts. I love that most are 20-30 min, just enough time to get involved but not too big a chunk out of your day. A wide range of topics and looking forward to hearing the latest episodes.

The first few episodes are pretty good. I had no interest in the mascara ones, but the CrossFit one is my fave. Finally, a podcast for people in their 40s... just as the intro says about caring for kids and parents. I’d love to hear a podcast about caring for elderly parents.
