Mindfulness: maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle *non judgmental*, nurturing lens. Due to this current crisis, I will still be doing Mindful Monday yoga/meditation sessions but solo!
