Don’t sprain your brain: 1) revenue generation, 2) market awareness, 3) customer attraction, 4) customer happiness, 5) corporate growth, 6) employee happiness, 7) cost reduction, 8) process efficiency. K? K. You, as an employee, work on something that contributes to one or more of these 8 areas. Otherwise, you don’t have a job.
