    Leon is back from his epic 13 day run from John O Groats to Lands End the whole length of the UK is obe of the fastest time achieved by a runner.
    Needless to say he went through it on this run, 3 days of walking/running back to back with 3 hours sleep, having to be dressed and put to sleep and much more as you will find out on this podcast, we hope you enjoy it!

I love these guys. I love how blunt and honest they are. There are things they talk about that I might not want to hear, but those are always the things that have changed my fitness journey for the better.

Ideal fitness Podcast!!

I may be biased because I have been following John and Leon on YouTube for years now, but honestly they break down everything in fitness and make it really simple. I lost 20 pounds of weight in a safe and healthy way thanks to them sharing great info on social media.
This podcast is for people that are or were intimidated by fitness (such as myself), need a bit of help/motivation and a push to get on with their goals.

Finally!!!

Been following the Lean Machines via YouTube and Instagram for a long while. Have always loved that they cater to all fitness levels and questions. They mix fitness and nutritional education with humor and real life examples. I’m so happy to finally be able to listen to the first three podcasts. My favorite part of their Instastory is the daily Q & A and this is such a great extension of that (so much better than the 15 seconds insta-answers!). Can’t wait to see who the first guest is on the podcast. Thank you for being so accessible to your followers and providing such great instruction laced with both of your personalities.
