Boundaries are important because they are necessary for every interpersonal relationship we have. They apply to any relationship, from personal to professional, from romantic to friendships. Without healthy boundaries, others may run roughshod over us, creating feelings of resentment. Or we may feel too vulnerable to create meaningful connections, instead choosing to take action that pushes people away so “before we can be hurt”. Healthy boundaries equate to healthy relationships! But despite their importance, many of us struggle to set and/or enforce them.
A few signs you lack boundaries
1 Your relationship tends to be difficult or Dramatic
2. Decision making is incredibly challenging for you
3. You have a hard time letting people down
4. You have alot of Guilt and Anxiety
5. You are often tired for no apparent reason
6. You overshare with strangers or new people
7. you are constantly the victim in situations ( people tend to take advantage of you) —— but victimization leads to narcissism
8. You dont Know who you are
