“Great series, but I was struck by the phrasing of ‘people whose lives will be saved by early breast cancer detection’ using AI. Ironic in a podcast which mentions disembodiment and the concept of humans simply consisting of an intelligence which could ultimately just be uploaded to a computer. Luckily that time is not yet here, and we still live in an embodied reality, where it is women who go for routine breast scans, not men, therefore it is not ‘people’ it is women.”
