There is no better time than the present

Today is the day!! that I wake up feeling more energized, aligned, and excited. It all starts with health. Meghan and Josh do a great (and entertaining) job at laying down the fundamentals. They explain concepts in simply terms that a lazy guy like me can understand and implement in my day-to-day life.
