“I love this show show much and have to thank National Park After Dark for introducing me to it. I am in love with every living non-human thing on this planet and this show gives me such an in-depth look at what makes animals wonderful and dangerous. Yes, I have now purchased bear spray and will carry it with me, even though I have twice seen black bears out on the the Northern Minnesota trails and we both startled each other and ran back the way we came, now I worry that someday I may be eaten. I also love when Jeff pushes Wes’s buttons and says things to annoy him, as that is the most hilarious to me, and it reminds me of the dynamic I with my 12 year old child. Purposeful obtuseness. Mike is grouchy but likes anime and I actually took one of his manga suggestions recently. All in all this is my second favorite podcast and sometimes my first favorite.”
