Join us for a Trade Legends carpentry and construction industry podcast special. Mark and Alex sit down with Rob from Berrywood Contractors, and Paul from OSC Sales.
Rob describes how at a young age he was interested in architecture, but ultimately chose a career in carpentry after following in the family tradition of working in the trades. Paul has worked for several companies, including Shell and the NHS, but ultimately joined OSC Sales where he works side by side with tradesmen and tradeswomen, ensuring they have the best tools and equipment for the job.
The team discuss important topics from within the trade industry, such as the state of the schooling system and how education is failing a high number of young people, how to become an apprentice, and also how using the right tools and equipment can save you time and money.
So, if you're interested in learning how to start a business, where to find an apprenticeship, or simply learning about the best tools and how to save money... then this is the episode for you!
