Listen now
Description
In August 2020 Sophie was diagnosed with serious anaemia. She was given a couple of iron infusions, which completely transformed things and she went from running 10:30 minute miles to sub-8:30 in the course of a couple of weeks. Unfortunately it turned out that the anaemia wasn't a one-off, but a side effect of celiac disease. Find out how she navigates fuelling during training and racing.   Make a public commitment and put a date on the calendar and let’s take on a Spartan Race together!
