Love this podcast! I’m 9 months postpartum after baby #2 and this podcast has been so relatable and motivating to get back out there. Also perfect for getting through long runs!

I have learned so much from Hilary and her guests! So many inspiring stories. The show has joined me through many long training runs this summer including my first 50k at Finlayson Arm!

This is a funny, insightful, and informative running podcast. Great to see some Canadian content with some inspiring stories. Also very relatable as a running parent of a toddler. Keep up the great work!

I’m very new to the sport and did my first ever 50km last year at whistler (in fact I managed to be the very last person over the line before time was up). I think what I appreciate most about this podcast is that it speaks to me as a very average runner - Hillary interviews athletes from all...Read full review »

TRW is hands down the best long run podcast. It always feels like a chat with friends, silly, serious, inspiring and full of new facts, just the way it should be. I wonder how many times strangers see me laughing out loud on the streets of Vancouver listening to this 😂

Love this podcast!! It has gotten me through injuries, spontaneous road ultras during COVID, and my first trail ultra a few months ago! TRW always brings a smile to my face and shares entertaining stories of amazing people!

I am a trail runner and I was interested in what was talked in the podcast, I quickly realized host is too lazy to edit and puts every single things she says, the comments of sponsors are way to long and not prepared. It seems too spontaneous and podcast episodes are too long. I got bored really...Read full review »

I listen to this podcast and another one about running. Great info, host/guests are amazing and knowledgeable. One thing that trips me up is the usage of the word Like. Like is used as a filler compulsively. Listen to a few episodes and count the use of Like. Hope this is helpful and brings...Read full review »
