A great listen
A great series. I really like the short sections, breaking it down to the elements and focus the needs of beginner or weak swimmers. The spaghetti analogy is brilliant and has really helped me a lot to understand the degree of problem my poor psture is causing. From a purely personal viewpoint, it would be great at a later stage to do more in depth on drills etc. to work on the posture element. Cheers! Jon from England
