Genuinely my favourite uk true crime pod. Steve is very sympathetic towards the victims of each story and he has a unique way of telling them. Well picked and lesser known cases as well which I think we all prefer

I am truly grateful I’ve found your podcast. The sensitivity with which you approach these horrific tragedies is what I love the most. I hate that I’m listening to someone’s tragedy, but with you, I feel less guilty as you are bringing to light the lives of the victims and the unfortunate harm...Read full review »

This a a remarkable podcast, thank you Steve, I especially commend you on the 7/7 episodes. A sobering listen, brining those involved that day have a voice.

I love this podcast. Your voice is great and you put together the whole story wonderfully. But I can’t stand music while someone is talking. I don’t understand why people doing podcasts do this. It’s not like video. I have earplugs on and once you notice the music is becomes very distracting and...Read full review »

Outstandingly compassionate podcast, focusing on the victims story and how their families have been affected. You’ll find it hard to hold back the tears, especially on the story of Rhys Jones. Congratulations Steve, on a brilliant podcast!

I really enjoy True Crime Fix. Very well-researched, thoughtful narrative podcasts are my favorite, and this is an excellent species of that genre. I’m reluctant to say anything negative but here it goes: I find the theme music a bit out-of-step with the general tone of the show. It’s fine music...Read full review »

I just found this podcast! And I love it. I love that he starts every one off in memory of the victim. And that he changes his voice slightly so you know when he is quoting someone.

These 4 episodes about the London bombings are so well done. I did not know much about these bombings so they were very informative about these horrific events. Each episode is dedicated to the victims. Too often the victims get lost in these types of podcast. The host Steve does a great job of keeping the focus on the victims and sticks to the facts without a lot of extra speculation or comments.

Great work Steve. Just finished with Victoria Climbie. What a shocking story, no wonder you had problems telling it. Victoria wasn’t even her child, wonder what happened to Anna? Thank you also for your opening dedication to police officers lost.
