Okay, but not what you think.
I started listening to this podcast when they announced coverage of the West Memphis Three. Having done that case to death, they decided to go to their current case, and I'm really not interested. But I hung in there anyway for a while. The conceit of this podcast is the host provides information to the listeners who then participate in alternate theories or even solving the crime. That doesn't happen. You're going to get with the podcast or want you to hear, in the way he wants you to hear it, and win theories or ideas are offered it is only so they can be shut down. Never once has listener input affected the direction of the case investigation. So treat it for what it is: a very average true crime podcast with a frosting of pretension over the top. Hopefully, they can get back to an interesting case soon. Perhaps the real problem in finding something intriguing to cover is they don't want listeners who actually know anything on their own. Happy hunting.Read full review »

Bob is really digging deep here with his research, and I'm really enjoying it even though I'm only a few episodes in. I have a ways to catch up, and a lot has...Read full review »
