Having A Plan As A Creator Is Half The Battle

I happened to download this podcast with little expectations but it’s quickly become a guide on my YouTube/entrepreneurial journey. Dusty is so likable and he breaks everything down so that it’s bite sized and doable. Most importantly, I feel seen and I’m learning a lot. Thank you
Identifying your niche
I love these episodes. Short and to the point. Identifying my niches always been a challenge because I feel like I’m so good at so many things, but I want to talk about everything I know. I’m in the music and entertainment category. And I can do many things within that brought expanse. However, I am challenging myself right now, after listening to this episode to focusing on one segment of what I know and not try to feed everybody with one spoonful
Great Knowledge Buried Under An Avalanche Of Promotions
Dusty is a great host and presents some real nuggets of wisdom if you are new to YouTube, but unfortunately, in a 10-12 minute show, he gives you at least 2-3 minutes of upsell, ads, promo, etc. That’s way too much of a percentage, in my opinion.
