The magic at Tannorwoord Flower Farm, with Natalie Wilson.
Natalie is the creator of ‘Tannorwood Flower Farm’ - a little piece of Australia including a woodland with naturalised banksias, tea trees and an abundance of pollinators to go with it. At Tannorwood, the blooms, edibles and plants are all grown outdoors, holistically integrated with the land practicing permaculture principles. Tannorwood showcases the value and importance of connecting with nature in a sustainable way. Producing beautiful lovingly grown seasonal blooms for florists, designers, special occasions, businesses and the general public. They hope their plant collections will inspire a passionate community of home gardeners to create sustainable, beautiful and colourful bloom filled and edible gardens. Shannon and Laura speak with Natalie about the science and the magic she incorporates into her farm and growing cycles, such as the ‘Forest Frequency’ soundtrack, tuned to 528Hz, that the plants love, and coming to terms with ‘ascending plants’.

The Time Travellers Herbal.
Amanda Edmiston joins Shannon and Laura in this episode. Through her stories She takes people through her stories, into other worlds with layers of history, lore, and the often forgotten wisdom of the natural environment. Her work weaves together plants, herbs, and flowers with traditional tales, facts, and her own stories. Inspired by oral traditions, history, food, smells, places and objects.
She has created bespoke pieces for The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, The National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh, Chelsea Physic Garden in London, and The Singapore International Storytelling Festival, amongst others.
This episode delves into her brand new book, ‘The Time Travellers Herbal’, her school of herbal storytelling and learning platform, Botanica Fabula, as well as some very interesting and verbose segue ways about finding, and building a connection to plants.

Shannon and Laura share how spiritual and magical practices and rituals can be used in combination with more familiar mainstream support mechanisms to help build and provide a supportive foundation to call upon during times of stress and anxiety. Shannon and Laura speak with Elissa, who helps witchy, alternative, creative women to navigate their spiritual journeys so they can live heart-open, soul-led lives. Soul sisters from another life!
So, you know those friends who you can meet up with and grab a coffee or a glass of wine, after gods knows how long of being apart, and it’s like you just saw each other yesterday? That’s what listening to these amazing ladies is like! I’m excited every time I realize it’s new episode day, and bummed when I realize I have to wait another week to hear their whimsical voices in my ear holes! Each episode is jam packed with information that is presented in a manner that is both deep and well researched, while still being digestible, and when I say entertaining, I mean entertaining! I have not met these lovely ladies in this soul life time, but I am almost certain than our paths have crossed in another. The time for finding them during my witchy awakening in the Bible Belt of Texas was synchronicity at its finest, the universe knew I needed an outlet for information and communication with other like minded souls! I cannot say enough about them! If you are a toddler witch just trying to keep your broom stick from leaving without you, or a seasoned Crone who has all the experience under her apron, this is the podcast for you!
