The one organ we all associate with love can also be the deadliest.  Almost 18 million deaths are due to cardio vascular diseases annually, which accounts for 31% of all global deaths.  So why are our hearts failing?  What are we doing to this organ to cause irreparable damage?  Stress, poor eating and sleeping habits, alcohol, smoking, drugs and several other factors can lead to heart disease.  In conversation with Cardiologist Dr. Haresh Mehta who tells us what is happening to our heart and how to keep it healthy.  The most important thing, he says is to acknowledge you need to change your lifestyle and get help at the right time.
