Borrowed or stole?
Love your podcast. Thank you. One question, I notice you sometimes say Alex M “borrowed or stole…”. I haven’t heard any evidence that he “borrowed” from his clients or law firm. “Borrowing” implies the owner of the funds is aware of and consents to the loan. It seems he simply “stole” the funds.
