“I began listening to this podcast during a very stressful phase of my work life. I knew my mind set was not great and I googled ‘how to feel more confident, how to change your way of thinking etc etc’. I came across this podcast and so much has changed. I often reflect on things Kara says, right when I need to.Over the last two weeks, I’ve even had comments from my husband and co-workers as to how content and ‘settled’ I seem....I cannot pinpoint what has made me change, but I know this podcast has had a lot to do with it.”
