Immediate relief
New lawyer here. I've been in full-blown anxiety mode for the past couple of days, and an advertisement for this podcast magically popped up Facebook. I was hesitant to try it at first, but am so glad that I decided to check it out. I felt immediate relief after listening to the first episode. To know that I'm not the only one feeling like this is a blessing. To know that my symptoms are fully within my control - that all I have to do is change my thought process - gives me a light at the end of the tunnel that I couldn't see before. I know this will take a lot of time and practice, but now I have this podcast as a tool to help me get on track towards a happier and healthier life.Read full review »
