HOW TO HANDLE A PROBLEM. ⁣ ... so don’t push the problem away or try to avoid it. ⁣ ⁣ Try to see it as your friend instead, who has a message for you, and try to listen and learn (or research until you know how to act accordingly/solve the problem/understand/learn) instead of seeing the problem as a negative thing or even as some sort of enemy. ⁣ ⁣ I see this like I see the thing about fear: don’t push it away, don’t avoid it, don’t be scared of it... instead: look it right in the eye and give it a wink! ⁣ ⁣ Whatever you try to run from in life (almost) will catch up on you sooner or later or keep ghosting you around. So try to make peace with the problem instead, it will satisfy your soul on a whole different level. ⁣ ⁣ And then be courageous and ask yourself open questions like: what are you here to teach me? How can I learn from this situation?
