come on
sad to give this one up. loved earlier episodes but i can't with amy anymore. lady english major here: it's gesture not guessture. no, it's not gesture because the "man" told you how to say it, there's no history of the patriarchy forcing us to say words a certain way. you don't sound intelligent. she threw shade on john krasinski recently for no reason at all and i realized how allergic i am to amy. get paul a better cohost that sometimes likes things. it's one thing to be critical, but she's a caricature of a feminist who uses movies to gatekeep what she approves of as feminism. i would love a movie podcast that unspools the making of, the trivia behind the scenes and dissection of great performances and other aspects that went into making these great films. it's okay to talk about movies that don't hold up but the show has turned into nothing but dissecting what makes beloved movies not so great.Read full review »

I’m really enjoying this podcast, especially the expert guests they have had. It’s a good honest look at these old movies.
