Today's guest is Dr. Rubin Naiman, a psychologist, clinical assistant professor of medicine, and sleep and dream specialist at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.  He has become a leader in the development of integrative approaches to sleep and dream health. He looks at sleep and dreaming as spiritual practices and shares how we can better understand who we are through our dreams and our unconscious.
