A must for classic sci-fi fans.
More than Wells and Orwell, Untrue Stories casts sci-fi and spec-fi authors from across time and space as the real heroes of this chaotic, comedic time-travel tale. There is a surprising amount of satire here, though this is smart writing. The protagonist authors put big ideas about government, society, and human nature into their works and Untrue Stories careens through alternate histories to see how these play out. Clever and amusing, though never taking itself very seriously, this is an audio drama for fans of classic sci-fi.
