Andreas Wilderer was born and raised in Germany, where he also met his wife, Mirka—today CEO of DeNora WT. His business coaching company GLOBULARiTY uses a strengths-based philosophy to help Leaders navigate change through Adaptability (AQ). As an entrepreneur and business leader, Andreas has also spent time in the home, raising his children and supporting his executive wife in her business aspirations. His new book, Lean On: The Five Pillars of Support for Women in Leadership, releases today. In it he shares his story and inspires other men to do the same.
