Incredible resource for upcoming User Defenders
EZ 5 stars. A complete inspiration for anyone looking for a great listen. I stumbled across the User Defenders podcast in the start of my own UX journey, just recently during a house move. I was hooked from the first episode I listened to. As someone who does not have a design background but looking to break into the industry, it was refreshing and inspiring to hear from the superheroes that are fighting for the users. Their stories show that no matter who you are, being empathetic to the users and being the voice in the darkness for them is one of the many ways to succeed in the growing field. Jason does an amazing job, making each conversation he has with a super guest engaging and worth every minute played. Highly recommend to anyone, at any level.
